In building a heavy duty kit, Direct clutch Services start with quality clutch
components. Direct Clutch Services select a key combination of such components to provide
the best kit for your application and requirements. The DCS Heavy
Duty Clutch commonly sees a 25% increase in clamping force. This
however does result in a firmer pedal. The DCS
Heavy Duty Clutch is commonly seen in many slightly modified road going
vehicles that see regular towing duties
DCS Hi Torque Organic
: As found in the above Heavy Duty description, the DCS Hi Torque kit also
calls upon quality components selected to create the ultimate
combination. The DCS Hi Torque range of clutch is then further modified to custom Direct
Clutch Services specs to
raise clamping force by up to 40% yet offering no further increase pedal effort over the DCS Heavy Duty
Series.
This provides
the best of both worlds with increased clamping pressure, the added benefit of no greater wear on your clutch cable and
or clutch linkages… Each DCS
DCS Hi Torque Cush Button is
regarded as the ultimate in any street driven application of up to
600hp.
Providing
excellent drivability with smooth organic like engagement
with its sprung hub and wafer spring design. Yet still providing the consistency and high
heat resistance we have have come to expect from button plates. Each DCS
DCS Hi Torque Sprung Button
Has all the advantages of the DCS Hi Torque Organic kit listed
above though with the added advantage of Button Plates. Button plates offer a more positive
engagement over organic with added heat
resistance. Available
with 3,4,5,6 or 8 Pucks. The DCS Hi Torque Button Clutch is
recommended in all high HP or
aggressive driving applications. The DCS Hi Torque Button
series offer a positive engagement, therefore it is generally not recommended
for vehicles seeing regular/daily street

assembly : The ultimate in single plate clutch Kits.
Designed
in house here at Direct Clutch Services, built the intention to withstand
the toughest abuse.
The DCS 8" Billet Single Plate Series has a virtually unlimited
design, 4 5 6 and 8 button plates, available
in various carbotic or ceramic compounds, not to mention clamping
options from 1000 to 3500lbs.
The DCS Billet single plate unit is also perfect in the applications
requiring a custom clutch set up, or in an
unusual engine gear box conversion.
DCS Billet Twin Plate Clutch & Flywheel
assembly - Street Series: The ultimate in street Clutch Kits.
Designed
in house here at Direct clutch Services, built the intention to withstand
the toughest abuse.
The DCS Twin Plate Street Series has a unique multi button design aimed at targeting a smoother
twin
plate driving experience. The 8" Multi Button street series unit has been
used with great success in Fords, namely BA & BF (Turbo & V8) & Ls1 equipped Holden's. The DCS
Billet Twin Plate Street Series Clutch & Flywheel assembly is
available in a number of clamping combinations from 1800 over 3000lb and is DCS
rated up to an easy 1000HP.The DCS Multi Button Twin Plate Clutch is not only suited to late model
cars.. it can be used in any age vehicle. The DCS Billet Twin Plate Clutch & Flywheel
assembly comes ready to use and has proven a very cost effective to service or rebuild.
