EBC Greens Stuff: Green Stuff Designed for premium street driving offering better brake effect up to 600°C (1100°F). EBC Greenstuff has a high initial brake effect and gives drivers confidence from first application of the brake pedal. There is no such thing as a NO DUST pad. The very nature of how a brake works requires that some dust be generated to avoid rotor vibration (shimmying). The EBC pad creates less dust and dust is more easily washed off than most. All pads create more dust as they are bedding in especially if rotors are worn. Nominal friction coefficient 0.55. For heavier faster cars and vehicles above 200bhp we strongly recommend Redstuff which DOES offer much less dust

This gives you a brake kit which is designed to ensure you don’t need to modify your standard car at all! This means that when you sell the car, this kit will come off and your standard package will bolt straight back on! Using Alcon calipers and discs, this package represents the best in
performance brake upgrades available on the market anywhere. Supercar Spec Mono6 (378mm disc) or Racer Spec Mono6
(365mm disc) Complete front brake kits using Alcons awesome Mono6 calipers come in two specifications – 365mm disc – the Racer Spec, or mammoth 378mm disc – Supercar Spec. High performance
road pads as well as all parts necessary for fitment are included in the
kits. Club Spec Mono4 (335mm disc) Mono4 calipers are used in the Club Spec kits which uses a 335mm disc. This kit is designed to fit under 17” wheels but also looks the part when fitted under 19’s and offers a massive

Alcon Calipers Mono6 Caliper Top of Alcon's caliper range is the Mono6, a gravity die-cast aluminum monobloc 6-piston caliper, evolved from Alcon's hugely successful 6-pot racing designs. This is the leader in road sport caliper technology, featuring a lightweight, compact body with increased stiffness and rigidity. This caliper comes in three body types depending on the disc thickness used (28, 32 or up to a 381x36mm! – larger than V8 Supercars). Also featured are integral pad retaining pins for superior pad mounting (reduced stiction) as well as high temperature piston seals and in-bore dust seals. Pistons are differentially sized to improve pad wear characteristics. These calipers are also radial mount construction to allow ease of fitment to any
application. Mono4 Caliper Alcon’s 4-piston monobloc option incorporates all the Mono6 features including integral pad retaining pins for superior pad mounting, lightweight compact body, high temperature piston seals and in-bore dust seals. This caliper has a slightly smaller pad area than Mono6 and pistons sizes are also differentially sized. This caliper is available in two disc thickness options – 28 or 32mm. Car36 Caliper Also now available in Australia is Alcon’s two-piece 4-piston caliper – the Car36. Available in varying piston and disc thickness configurations making this caliper suitable for front applications on smaller cars, also making them perfect for rear installation on large sedans down to the rear of an Aussie Ute! calipers when selling the car. Alcon Disc Rotors Alcon discs are made from Alcon’s own cast iron formulation in the UK. These are the same disc castings and ‘Crescent’ shape groove pattern that Alcon has produced and developed for racing in such Motorsport categories as Japanese GT, Australian V8 Supercars, World Rally, IRL and Champ Cars.
